The LIP 4.0 package is a trust accounting package that tracks money collected from the borrowers to pay vendors on behalf of the borrower. LIP addresses certain states laws requiring brokers and bankers to have a trust account set up to individually track these transaction for each borrower. The system further reports all transactions by LIP account, originator, processor and closer. You can print deposit slips, checks and reconcile your LIP Bank account all right from the LIP System. You will find that you will be money ahead by making sure funds are being collected from borrowers to pay credit reports, flood certifications, appraisals, etc.
The OLoanWare product is a contact management system that works with Outlook and Microsoft Exchange Server. In talking with Mortgage professionals we found that products like Goldmine and ACT were too cumbersome to use and learn. OLoanWare takes your Outlook and adds tabs to show loan data for each contact. The system also allows the user to send emails, do Word letter mail merges, Excel reports and mailing labels based on loan criteria. For example, you could send an email to every contact that has a note rate over 7%. Your loan officers will love this easy to use option. |
