Business and Enterprise Business Architect
In todays tech driven world far too many times the Architecture, policies and procedures of companies are formulated by the Enterprise or IT side of business, only because the business side does not take ownership. Our theory has always been to make business remain in control of the model and IT is simply a tool to help make that model work. Below are some of the Architect processes we use to help Bridge the Gap between Business and IT.

Formulating Business Frameworks and building models

Writing concept documents

Critiquing project proposals

Preparing for and conducting knowledge elicitation meetings

Collaborating, facilitating

Identifying “services” in product offering visions

Develop an organic (constantly changing) 5-year roadmap

Create Core cross-functional business processes in an engineering type of model Enterprise business architecture including business, technology, security and organizational architectural components

Define Capabilities (the ability of an organization to use its assets to accomplish an activity that delivers business value or competitive value.

Define Value Stream(an end-to-end collection of activities that creates a result for a customer.

Define Value Chains (enables a company to gain a competitive advantage by performing these strategic activities cheaper or better than its competitors.)
