In todays tech driven world far too many times the Architecture, policies and procedures of companies are formulated by the Enterprise or IT side of business, only because the business side does not take ownership. Our theory has always been to make business remain in control of the model and IT is simply a tool to help make that model work. Define Value Stream(an end-to-end collection of activities that creates a result for a customer.
Define Value Chains (enables a company to gain a competitive advantage by performing these strategic activities cheaper or better than its competitors.)
